Attempts are being made to restore peace in the country after the most horrific sectarian war in decades in Jerusalem. In the midst of all this some people are donating the organs of their dead relatives in addition to the friendly treatment towards them to set an example of humanity and show sensitivity towards the people of other communities so that another person can get life.

During the war between Israel and the Palestinian extremist group Hamas, there was a fierce conflict between Arab citizens and Jews. Several incidents of vehicles, restaurants and synagogues being set on fire were also reported during the last 2 weeks.

According to a report, an Israeli Arab woman underwent a kidney transplant operation last week. The woman received a donation of a kidney from a Jewish man killed in a clash in the city of Lod. Jerusalem resident Randha Avais, 58, has had kidney problems for the past 10 years. His name was on the list for transplantation for the last 7 years but no donor was found. Yigal Yoshua, 56, who was killed in the collision, underwent surgery after his kidney was found and has found new life.

According to Joshua's brother, he was a believer in good works and had a large heart so that the decision to donate organs was made. At the same time he expressed concern over how the deceased's wife would cut off his life with the children and expressed grief over the murder of an innocent person like him.
