Against the new 3.26 lakh cases of corona, 3883 people lost their lives


- More than 31 crore samples have been tested for Kovid-19 in the country so far

A total of 3,26,332 new cases of corona virus were reported in the country on Friday, according to data collected from various states. During this time 3,883 people were killed. A total of 3,43,122 cases were reported in the country on Thursday and 3,994 patients died.

However, the figures for the last 7 days are showing a decline in daily cases. 3.91 lakh cases were registered on Saturday while 3.43 lakh cases were registered on Thursday. But the daily death toll is still high. The average daily in the last 7 days is about 4,000 deaths.

Examination of more than 31 crore samples

More than 31 crore samples for Covid-19 have been tested in the country so far and the total transition rate has risen slightly to 7.72 per cent. However, the daily transition rate has declined slightly to 20.08 per cent.

According to a report by the Ministry of Health, 37,04,893 patients are currently undergoing treatment in India, accounting for 15.41 per cent of the country's total cases. The current national mortality rate is 1.09 percent. The share of 10 states in the new death toll reported from Kovid is 72.70 per cent. About 180 million doses of the Covid-19 vaccine have been given in the country so far.

39,923 new cases in Maharashtra

Maharashtra, the worst-affected state in the country, has reported 39,923 new cases in the last 24 hours. During this period 53,249 patients have recovered and 695 have died. The total number of cases of corona infection in the state has risen to 53,09,215. Of those, 47,07,980 have recovered. The number of active cases is 5,19,254 and a total of 79,552 people have died so far.
