Rahul Gandhi also appealed to other parties not to hold election rallies in the wake of Corona's transition

New Delhi, 18 April 2021, Sunday

In view of Corona's growing transition, former Congress president Rahul Gandhi has announced that he will no longer participate in election-related programs.

Rahul Gandhi has said that it is not appropriate to hold public rallies at a time when the transition to corona is on the rise in the country. He has also appealed to the leaders of all parties to avoid election programs. "I am canceling all election rallies in Bengal in view of Koro's transition," Rahul said. I also appeal to the rest of the people not to hold meetings.

However, recently Home Minister Amit Shah announced to continue the election campaign. Voting is pending for the three-phase elections in Bengal and the last phase is scheduled to be held here on April 29.

However, Amit Shah has said that Rahul Gandhi comes to Bengal to campaign like a tourist.

In Bengal too, the main battle for elections is between the TMC and the BJP. However, by making the above announcement, Rahul Gandhi has made other political parties think.
