The registration for this will start from April 24, said the Union Health Minister Dr. Harshvardhan has said. "Registration for the vaccine will start on the government's CoWin platform from the 24th. The site will be open for registration in the next 48 hours," he said.

Under the new vaccination rules, the state will be able to purchase vaccine doses directly from companies for vaccination by private entities. Apart from the two vaccines already available in India, Covishield and Covacin, the Russian Sputnik vaccine is also likely to be available in Indian markets in May.

Informing Dr. Harshvardhan about the registration, he said that if you are over 18 years of age, get ready to get vaccinated. Vaccination is about to start very soon. The number of patients in the country in need of oxygen and critical treatment has decreased in two days.
