Missing commander of the Army's Cobra Battalion in the possession of the Naxalites

In Chhattisgarh, the Naxals went on a rampage and attacked the army convoy. In which 3 people were martyred. The search for the missing 7th jawan was then launched, but the Naxalites claimed that the jawan was in their possession.
After this horrific attack on the army, the government has now started preparations to launch Operation Prahar-2 to eliminate the Naxalites. The Center and the state government will jointly launch Operation Prahar-2 in the areas affected by Naxalism. Earlier, Operation Green Hunt and Operation Haka were launched against the Naxalites in the area.
On the other hand, a commander of the army's Cobra Battalion was reported missing. The Naxals then informed the local media that the jawans were in the possession of the Naxalites.
CRPF Cobra Battalion Commander Rakeshwar Singh Manhas went missing. Media reports later quoted the Naxalites as saying that the jawan was in their possession. The Naxals also claimed that the jawan was not injured.
Minu, the wife of the CRPF commander, appealed to the Naxalites to release her husband. Following the Naxals' claim, the security forces launched a process to ascertain it. The security forces found no evidence of his presence in the village where the Naxals claimed to have kept Rakeshwar Singh.
