Cricketers playing in the IPL are falling victim to Corona's transition despite being in the bubble.
Now that the tournament has started, Corona, the fifth cricketer in the IPL, has tested positive. Fast bowler Enrique Norkhia, who plays for Delhi Capitals, has felt the transition of Corona. Earlier, Delhi Capital's Akshar Patel, RCB's Devdutt Padikkal and Daniel Sams and KKR's Nitish Rana have also tested positive.
Norkhia recently came to India from South Africa to play an ODI series against Pakistan. He arrived in India on April 6 and joined the team in Mumbai. However, another fast bowler, Rabada, who came with him, reported negative. Both players are currently in quarantine.
Delhi has been hit by Narkhia's positive. Now he has to stay in isolation for 10 days and then get tested. He will be able to join the team after the test comes negative. Which means Norkhia will lose four matches in 10 days for Delhi.
