Aquarius Fair: Corona Explosion Risk in Saints' Camps, Corona Positive Saints Number 40

The ongoing Kumbh Mela in Haridwar is in danger of becoming a super spreader. Because here every day five to six saints are getting positive corona. So far the number of saints who have had corona has reached 40.

Due to Aquarius, thousands of saints from all over the country have stayed in the camps of 13 different arenas. Thousands of devotees are also coming here daily to pay homage to the saints. Under such circumstances, there is a fear of a large-scale corona eruption in Kumbhangari. The number of corona infections after the royal bath in Mahakumbh is also increasing rapidly.

Due to the constant pressure from the saints, the state government first allowed the camps to be set up in the open and later also planned storytelling. No camp of saints is excluded from the transition of the corona. The highest transition is in Panchdashnam Old Akhada and Panchayati Akhada as well as Shri Niranjan Akhada. Things could get worse if the infection spreads on a large scale.

The health department is conducting tests at the Kumbh Mela area as well as at the state border but corona tests are not being conducted in the arenas. Anyone who tested positive for Saint Coro walked in front of them to get tested. The government has said that the saints are not being investigated in the wake of the royal bath, but random samples will be taken in the arenas from April 17.
