8 killed in Agra hospital due to lack of oxygen amid claims of Yogi government's sub-safety

Agra, Ta. 27 April 2021, Tuesday

The second wave of Corona virus has caused outcry in the country. Many states in the country are currently in a state of medical emergency. People are dying for treatment, medicine and oxygen. However false claims of sub-safety are being made by the Central Government and State Governments. The picture that is being shown on government paper is quite the opposite. Eight people have died due to lack of oxygen in hospitals in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

Thus, the Uttar Pradesh government and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath are constantly claiming that there is no shortage of oxygen. They also deny the lack of medicine and beds. In fact, people are dying for lack of all this. The Agra incident is a fresh example of this. This is the case of Paras Hospital in Agra. Contrary to the government's claims, 8 patients have died due to lack of oxygen.

Apart from this, many private hospitals in Agra are houseful at their doorsteps i.e. not a single bed is available now. Such posters that patients are returning disappointed. So there are many hospitals which have noticed that due to lack of oxygen, the relatives arrange oxygen for their patients themselves. People who are concerned about patients bring oxygen by doing anything.

A letter and an empty cylinder are being given to the relatives of the patient by the hospitals. In which the hospital has requested the person who refills the oxygen cylinder to give oxygen to the relatives of the patient. According to the Agra District Collector, the sudden increase in the number of patients in the last 24 hours has led to oxygen shortage.
