India and France are working on a third joint satellite mission. The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and the French space agency CNESA have studied the possibility of observing the Earth using a high quality thermal infrared imaging satellite 'Trishna'.

The two countries are now working towards finalizing this joint mission. ISRO and CNESA had earlier carried out 'Megha Tropics' in 2011 and 'Saral Altica' in 2013. ISRO Chairman K. During a program, Sivan informed that bilateral space cooperation between India and France is entering a number of areas, including human space flight.

Many French companies want to take advantage of the opportunities created by the Indian government's space reforms. France is India's biggest ally in space. The two countries are currently working on a third mission to observe the earth through 'craving'.
