Modi took corona vaccine, registration of 1 million people for the vaccine

The second phase of vaccination across the country has started from March 1, in which those over 60 years of age will be vaccinated. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also taken the corona vaccine. Modi took the first dose of the vaccine at the AIIMS in Delhi.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at the AIIMS in Delhi early in the morning to take the first dose of the vaccine.

According to the Ministry of Health, more than one million people from across the country have registered for the vaccine on the first day of the second phase of vaccination.

Among the other leaders who received the vaccine were Home Minister Amit Shah, who received the first dose at Medanta Hospital, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, and NCP chief Sharad Pawar, who received the Covishield vaccine in Mumbai.

Along with him his wife and MP’s daughter were also vaccinated. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was vaccinated against corona in Patna, while his other ministers and leaders also took the first dose of the vaccine. Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik was vaccinated.

On the other hand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has joined the ranks of world leaders who have been vaccinated against corona. Pope Francis, Saudi King Salman, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Israeli PM Benjamin, Indonesian PM Joko Widodo, Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, the Mongolian PM and the President of the Maldives have also been vaccinated in the past. US President Joe Biden was also vaccinated and later a large number of Americans started getting vaccinated.

Registration for the vaccine can only be done from the website

There was widespread misconception among people about registering through the mobile app to get the corona vaccine.
