New delhi date. 14. Sunday, March, 2021

Recently, some foreign reports said that India's democracy was weakening.

"This is a kind of hypocrisy. These organizations consider themselves the custodians of the world and they are upset," Jaishankar said in an interview with a channel on the report by Freedom House and V Democracy in the United States. That in India their opinion does not count. They make their own rules and judge in their own way. These organizations show back as if they are doing a world-class work report.

Jaishankar said that these organizations consider BJP as Hindu Nationalist Party, the government of the same party has given corona vaccine to 70 countries. There is no question about the electoral system of India, can this be said for the countries in which these organizations are? Different but we don't take an oath with a religious book in hand ... I have faith in my country and I don't need any outside certificate and especially not from people who have their own agenda.

On relations with China, he said, "The way we deal with China now is not possible five years ago. We have strengthened the infrastructure in five years. Relations with China will be normal only when there is peace on the border. If China extends the hand of friendship, India But if the hand of friendship is extended and China shows the gun, India will do the same.
