Imran Khan sends Holi wishes to Hindus of Pakistan

Amid atrocities against Hindus and forced conversions in Pakistan, Prime Minister Imran Khan today sent Holi wishes to the Hindu community.

Imran Khan tweeted, "Happy Holi, the festival of colors to our Hindu community." Meanwhile, the Speaker of the National Assembly and other leaders also sent their best wishes to Hindu MPs and the Hindu community.

Asad Kaiser, Speaker of the National Assembly, said that the Hindu community has contributed to the development of Pakistan. The festival of colors provides an opportunity to spread happiness. All minorities in Pakistan have the freedom to celebrate their festivals.

Hindus are the largest minority community in Pakistan. An estimated 7.5 million Hindus live in Pakistan. However, the number of Hindus living in Pakistan has been steadily declining since independence.
