I would have been so worried when I was in Congress, Scindia's response to Rahul Gandhi's backbencher statement

Jyotiraditya Scindia, who wears a BJP scarf by calling the Congress Ram Ram, has come out openly against Rahul Gandhi. After Rahul Gandhi's statement, BJP MP Jyotiraditya Scindia replied to his old colleague, "Rahulji used to worry so much when I was in the Congress."

Scindia, who broke away from the Congress on March 10 last year and joined the BJP, is counted among the leaders close to Rahul Gandhi. For a year after Scindia left the Congress and joined the BJP, the two leaders were seen avoiding speaking openly against each other.

But on March 8, Rahul Gandhi's big statement came to the fore in which he said that if Jyotiraditya Scindia had not chosen a different path, he would have been the Chief Minister for sure. Rahul Gandhi said that Scindia could have become the Chief Minister only by staying in the Congress but joined the BJP. Now Scindia has become a backbencher in the BJP.
