Governor Satyadeva Arya on Tuesday approved a bill to reserve 75 per cent of the state's private sector jobs for Haryana's youth, state Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said, adding that the process for further notification would be started soon and the bill would move forward.
Informing about this, Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala said that it is a good news that after the approval of the Governor, 'The Haryana State Employment of Local Candidates Act, 2020' has come into force in Haryana from today. Reserved for youth. The bill passed the state legislature in November last year.
The draft ordinance was approved by the Haryana government's cabinet last July, after Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala introduced it in the cabinet, after which it was passed.
