BJP will win 26 out of 30 seats in first phase in Bengal: Amit Shah

Calcutta, Ta. 29. Sunday, March, 2021

As the first round of assembly elections in West Bengal concludes on Saturday, BJP leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah has claimed that the BJP will win 26 of the 30 seats in the first phase.

He said that BJP was getting huge public support in Assam as well as in Bengal. Here too, BJP will win more than 37 out of the 47 seats polled. People in Bengal have voted against the Mamata Banerjee government's policy of nationalization.

"Unprecedented development is taking place in Assam under the leadership of PM Modi and people are supporting it. The people of Assam are realizing the benefits of the BJP government at the Center and in Assam. Peaceful voting has taken place in both Assam and Bengal," he said. This is a good sign for the states. The Election Commission deserves congratulations for holding elections in Bengal years later without any bomb blasts or casualties.

"After 27 years of communist rule, people were hoping for a new beginning under Mamata Didi but only the name of the government was changed and Bengal is still there," said Amit Shah. "However, there are fears that thugs will influence the first round of elections." Has been proven wrong.
