New delhi date. March 19, 2021, Friday

Movement in the political arena in Maharashtra has also intensified after the involvement of Mumbai Police officer Sachin Waje in the car laying of explosives outside the house of businessman Mukesh Ambani's Antilia in Mumbai came to light.

Now that Waje has been arrested and suspended by the NIA, speculation is rife that Anil Deshmukh will be removed from the post of Maharashtra Home Minister in the case. Meanwhile, a meeting between Sharad Pawar and Anil Deshmukh was also held in Delhi today. After the two-hour meeting, Deshmukh was seen leaving Pawar's house.

Deshmukh then said that some mistakes have been found and he does not deserve an apology. The Commissioner of Police has been replaced and action will now be taken on the basis of whatever comes up in the investigation.

On the other hand, BJP MP Narayan Rane said that the Maharashtra government was not working properly. Everything is going on with the trust of the authorities. Even Mukesh Ambani is not safe here and I have written a letter to Amit Shah seeking the imposition of presidential rule in Maharashtra.
