Owaisi's party will now venture into student politics, contesting elections at the university.

Muslim leader and MP Asaduddin Owaisi's party AIMIM will also be involved in student politics. Owaisi's party has chosen UP for this.

It is to be mentioned that, in many universities of the country, student union elections are held. So far in this election, the student wing of BJP and Congress, ABVP as well as NSUI have been leaning. Student unions of left parties are also active in student politics.

Now Owaisi's party has decided to contest the elections to be held at Allahabad University. According to party leaders, the decision was taken to increase the party's influence among the youth. For this, the student wing of AIMIM has also been formed and the student of Allahabad University has also been made its president. A campaign to become a member of the Student Wing has also been launched.

The party has announced that candidates will be fielded for all the posts in the university.
