Mumbai: BJP minority cell chairman exits Bangladeshi, Congress speaks: Is this union jihad?

- The question is whether there is a separate provision for BJP in the Citizenship Research Act

Mumbai, Ta. Saturday, February 20, 2021

Congress spokesperson Sachin Sawant has reacted by tweeting about the arrest of a Bangladeshi national. The Bangladeshi national was working as the chairman of the BJP's minority cell in north Mumbai. This citizen was living in India with illegal documents. The accused has been identified as Rubel Jonu Sheikh and is 24 years old.

Congress leader Sachin Sawant has tweeted about the matter, calling it the BJP's Sangh Jihad. "Some BJP leaders were caught smuggling Gaumata while others have been identified as ISI agents," he wrote. Now this is Rubel Sheikh who is a Bangladeshi citizen and is working as the chairman of the minority cell in the BJP. Is there any separate provision for BJP in the Citizenship Research Act (CAA)?

Mumbai police arrested Rubel Sheikh last week. Fake papers were found from him on the basis of which he had also made fake Aadhaar card and PAN card. He entered India in 2011 without any papers and started working for the BJP so he was appointed as the chairman of the North Mumbai Minority Cell. He later fabricated papers based on bogus documents.
