Merchant shot dead for not lending Rs 20 gutka

A shocking case has come to light in Bihar's Supaul district. Gutkha worth Rs 20 has caused the death of a person here. A grocery store trader was killed for refusing to lend him Rs 20 worth of gutka.

The incident took place in Triveniganj in Bihar's Supaul district. Where on Tuesday morning when accused Ajit Kumar reached the grocery store and shot dead a young man named Mithilesh Kumar.

The details of the incident are as follows: 1 day ago, the accused Ajit Kumar had a dispute with the father of the deceased Mithilesh Kumar. That day Ajit Kumar reached the shop of the deceased's father and asked him to lend him Rs 20 worth of gutka. A dispute arose between the two when the deceased's father refused to lend gutkha.

Following the controversy, Ajit Kumar returned to the shop along with two others on Tuesday morning but the deceased's father was not present at the time but his youngest son Mithilesh was sitting. Meanwhile, Ajit Kumar had another altercation with Mithilesh Kumar after which Ajit Kumar shot and killed Mithilesh Kumar there.

The elder brother of the deceased said that his younger brother was present at the time of the shooting but the accused had fled before he reached the shop.

After which the entire case was reported to the police. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police reached the spot and started investigation. Police are conducting continuous raids to arrest the accused involved in the incident.
