Iqbal Ansari, a one-time Babri Masjid supporter, has also joined the ongoing donation drive for a new Ram temple in Ayodhya.

He handed over the donation amount to Sangh and VHP activists in a closed cover with a picture of Radha-Krishna. On the cover he also wrote the names of his late father Hashim Asari and other family members.

Giving the reason for the secret donation, he said that Islam has clearly said that the donation should be secret so I have also made a secret donation. People of all religions live in Ayodhya. It is a matter of happiness that a temple of Ram is being built in Ramnagar.

Iqbal Ansari said that giving and receiving donations is a tradition of every religion. People of all religions live together here. Ayodhya is a town of monks and fakirs. Here people of all religions also come to each other's homes and help each other in religious programs. The work in which people of all religions cooperate together becomes powerful. A good atmosphere is also created in the society.
