Home minister meets NSA and police commissioner today amid peasant agitation

Amidst the ongoing farmers' agitation in the capital, a round of high-level meetings is underway in the capital. Today, Delhi Police Commissioner and National Security Adviser Ajit Doval arrived at the Parliament House to meet Home Minister SN Srivastava. The sitting is currently going on in the Parliament House. The meeting was attended by Amit Shah along with IB Chief, NSA Ajit Doval and Delhi Police Commissioner.

The visit is being hailed as very important in light of the ongoing tweets on the farmers 'movement and the law and order situation in the wake of the farmers' strike on February 6.

It may be mentioned that Prime Minister Narendra Modi also held a high level meeting in Parliament yesterday. Apart from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar were also present at the meeting. After which a round of meetings has been witnessed even today.
