Corona effect: Schools, colleges and coaching classes closed in Pune till March 14

Corona transmission is on the rise again in the country, with states like Maharashtra and Kerala at the forefront. The situation is getting worse in Maharashtra and schools, colleges and coaching classes have been ordered to be closed in Pune till March 14 in view of the rising number of cases.

Corona virus infection is on the rise in a number of major cities in Maharashtra and corona cases are coming up in a number of districts. Since then, the administration has become more vigilant. The mayor of Pune has ordered the closure of schools, colleges and classrooms. A night curfew has also been imposed in Pune from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Looking at Pune, other cities in Maharashtra are likely to take a similar decision. For the third day in a row, more than 16,000 cases of corona have been reported in India and 113 people have died from corona in the last 24 hours.
