Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar has taken a class outrage by responding to pop singer Rihanna and environmentalist Greta Thanberg on the issue of peasant agitation.

In Kerala, the Youth Congress had black ink on Sachin's poster and protested. However, it has had a dark repercussion in Maharashtra. Opposition leader and former CM Devendra Fadnavis has targeted the Maharashtra government.

Opposing the act of pouring ink on Sachin's poster, Fadnavis said, "Sachin's pride is the same not only for Maharashtra and the Marathi people but for the country as well.

The Sambhaji Brigade, a Maharashtra-based organization, has also demanded the withdrawal of the Bharat Ratna given to Tendulkar for his statement on farmers.

"Outsiders should look at India's affairs as a spectator and not try to interfere in it. The people of India are known to solve their own problems. There can be no compromise with India's autonomy," he said.
