Farmers can't interfere in parade on January 26, three tier security is being provided

- The Supreme Court has given authority to the police

New Delhi Dated 20th January 2021 Wednesday

Thousands of so-called farmers, who have been camped on the Delhi border for the last 56 days, were reportedly barred from buying tickets or otherwise interfering in the Republic Day parade on January 26.

This time Delhi Police was organizing three tier security in the parade. Even so, the apex court had given the Delhi Police the authority to decide who should be allowed to enter Delhi and who should not. After the Supreme Court's order, experts were of the opinion that there was a possibility of a clash between the two parties on Republic Day.

If a person gets up from the enclosure and goes to slide, the Delhi Police jawan will catch him immediately. Security was beefed up at the residences of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah in view of the possibility of a violent clash. The three-tier security considered by the Delhi Police will be like this. A police team will try to stop at the current border of Delhi, barricades will be set up at all the borders of Delhi, in the second phase all the roads leading to the highway will be blocked. Everyone who comes in with a parade ticket will have to show their identity card to the police when buying a ticket. No one will be given a free pass this time.

The gestures of everyone sitting in the enclosure will be monitored by CCTV. If anyone is seen making any suspicious movements, they will be caught immediately. Meanwhile, the security of all VIPs was enhanced. Security was also beefed up around Gurudwara Rakbaganj on Pant Marg. The movement of farmers was more around Gurudwara Rakbaganj and most of their meetings were held in Gurudwara so the security around this Gurudwara was also increased. From now on, round-the-clock checking was started by placing pickets on some routes.

One of the reasons for the increase in security is that the intelligence department received information that terrorists were plotting an attack around Republic Day.
