Fugitive Indian businessman Vijay Mallya has lost money in London. Swami Mallya, who lives a life of luxury in India and has billions of rupees, has to keep an account of thousands and lakhs of rupees in London. Vijay Mallya's condition is such that he does not even have money to pay his lawyer's fees. His personal expenses have come to a complete halt.

Vijay Mallya, who is facing stiffness from India's investigative agencies, has asked the London High Court to release Rs 14 crore from the proceeds from the sale of his French property.

The situation is such that the barrister fighting Vijay Mallya's case in London has said that if he does not get his fee soon, he will stop fighting the case from the next hearing. A London court is now looking into Vijay Mallya's assets. Mallya cannot sell these properties, nor can he take a loan on this.

A London court has taken pity on Vijay Mallya's condition. The court has agreed to release Rs 39 lakh to pay Vijay Mallya's court fees but the court has not released a single rupee for his personal expenses. The case will now be heard next Friday.

There are several cases against Vijay Mallya not only in London but also in India. In this case they have to spend a lot of money. Government banks in India have given thousands of crores of rupees to 64-year-old Vijay Mallya. Vijay Mallya has fled India and surrendered to London.
