Indo-Tibetan Border Force Motivational Text on LAC

- Tensions between India and China have been simmering for some time now

A signboard with the motto 'One day it is better to live like a lion than a hundred years like a sheep' was a source of inspiration for the Indian Army.

Everyone knows that for the last few months, the Chinese army has been trying to infiltrate the Indian border near the Line of Actual Control in the Ladakh region. The Indian troops chased away the Chinese with utmost caution.

Even after that, when the talks were going on between the two countries, the Chinese army was still firing on the Ladakh border. The Indian soldiers were infusing oil into the eyes of the Chinese army. Like the mouthpiece of the Chinese Communist Party, the Global Times was anti-India.

At the same time, a signboard at a post of the Indo-Tibetan Border Force was inspiring the Indian Army to move. The board may be old but the writing on it is like the eternal truth that a life like a lion is better than a hundred years of life like a sheep.

In fact, this sentence was uttered by Tipu Sultan, the prince of Mysore, who fought till his last breath against the East India Company. But this sentence applies to everyone one hundred percent. It is located at the front post of the Indo-Tibetan Border Force in the Tawang sector of Arunachal Pradesh. This very old board was becoming a catalyst for the Indian Army to move in the current tense times.

For the past seven months, Indian troops have been standing on the brink near the LAC, responding to China's cowardly moves and maneuvers. Extremely harsh weather and bone-chilling cold could not be tolerated by the Chinese troops while the Indians were on duty despite the heavy snowfall despite having tight equipment.
