The country's Supreme Court has banned the posting of such a Corona poster outside the home of a positive person who has Corona. The Supreme Court had clearly instructed that in no state of the country should posters be put up outside the home of a Corona patient in this manner.

The court said the guidelines issued by the central government for Corona did not include instructions to put up posters outside the patient's home. The court said that under the Disaster Management Act promulgated in 2005, such posters could be affixed only if ordered by the officer of the concerned state department. No other state can put up such posters outside a patient's home.

Such posters make the patient and his family feel unnecessarily tense and depressed. The apex court also clarified that the order of the apex court is effective immediately.
