Demand for establishment of Hindu monarchy in Nepal is high, demonstrations are taking place all over the country

Amid internal divisions within the ruling Communist Party of Nepal and the demand for the resignation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, the demand for restoration of the monarchy has gained momentum. Protests have been going on in major cities of Nepal like Pokhara and Butwal since last week.

In these demonstrations, people have taken to the streets with pictures of Prithvi Narayan Shah, the founder of the Hindu monarchy in Nepal. On Thursday, a demonstration in support of the monarchy took place in Bhairahawa, near the border of Maharajganj district of India.

The demonstration was held under the auspices of civil society Rupandehi. The protesters marched from Lumbini Gate in Bhaighawa to Buddha Chowk, Devkota Chowk, Bank Road, Milan Chowk and reached Lumbini Gate. In a meeting here, the speakers strongly advocated monarchy in Nepal. He called for the restoration of the Hindu Nation in Nepal.

Ravi Kumar Rauniar, convener of the program, said that the people of Nepal want Nepal to be a Hindu nation. Political parties are not fulfilling their responsibilities.

This is to bring back the monarchy in the country. The meeting was addressed by Ranjan Khanal, Manoj Kumar Jha, Balram Sharma, Gopal Sharma, Mohammad etc.

Speakers said that monarchy has become a necessity of the times. Only the restoration of the monarchy can benefit the country. So, by demanding Hindu Rashtra, fighting was declared at every level.

A large number of bikers were marching in the procession demanding the establishment of the monarchy. In the procession, people were chanting slogans like 'Raja Lao-Desh Bachao' and the demand for Hindu Rashtra.
