'Delhi riots were caused by Amit Shah', Marxist party submits fact-finding report

Violent riots in the Shaheen Bagh area of ​​the capital New Delhi in February this year were staged by Home Minister Amit Shah in protest of the new Civil Rights Act (CAA) and the Register of Citizens (NRC).

Such a serious allegation was made in the 'Fact Finding Report' presented by the Marxist party. The gist of the report was that all the violent attacks were carried out by Hindus. The Muslims were busy defending themselves.

The report also claimed that Amit Shah was responsible for further inciting violence and bias in police investigations. The report was titled "Violent riots in Northeast Delhi - February 2020" by the Marxist party.

The report analyzed whether the two sides were involved in a riot or a riot. The violent incidents in Delhi were not such a riot. In this, Hindus were attacking at the behest of Amit Shah and Muslims were killing Hawatis for their own defense. Police backed the Hindutva crowd. The report also alleged that all this was done at the behest of Home Minister Amit Shah.

A total of 53 people lost their lives in the Delhi riots. There were 40 Muslims and 13 Hindus. The report claimed that on March 11, Amit Shah had told Parliament that he was in touch with Delhi Police chiefs and was assessing the situation. The report questioned why the curfew was not imposed immediately after the violence broke out on February 24.
