Ashok Gehlot in trouble once again

-Indian Tribal Party in preparation to withdraw support

-Congress announced that it does not need our support

Jaipur Dt. 11 December 2020 Friday:

Ashok Gehlot's government was once again in trouble after the Congress was rocked in the recent elections in Rajasthan.

The Indian Tribal Party had signaled to withdraw its support to the Gehlot government. "Congress no longer needs our support," said Ramprasad Dhillon, an MLA from the Indian Tribal Party (BTP). If the BTP withdraws support, Gehlot's government will once again be in crisis.

The root cause of this bitterness was the recent Zilla Parishad elections. In the Dungarpur Zilla Parishad elections, the BTP candidate lost because the Congress did not support him. Apparently, the BTP leaders were annoyed. The BJP, which won only seven seats in the Dungarpur Zilla Parishad, snatched the presidency while the BTP, which won thirteen seats, lost.
