Fifatrol is made using five jotibutis Sudarshan Ghan Vati, Sanjeevani Vati, Godanti Bhasma, Tribhuvan Kirti Rasa and Mrityunjaya Rasa, while the other eight include Tulsi, Kutki, Chirayata, Guduchi, Daruhalad, Apamarg, Karanj and Motha.

This formula has been prepared from long and research of Emil Pharmaceutical, while Ayush decoction is a mixture of cinnamon, tulsi, black pepper, and sutha, samsham vati is prepared from the bark of gilloy, while in Lakshmivilas juice 13 elements are mixed with mica ash.
