Washington, Sunday, November 1, 2020

A U.S. Navy SEAL commando has launched a secret operation in the African country of Nigeria to free one of its citizens. In this mission, the commando team not only rescued the American citizen safely, but also killed six kidnappers. The US military's mission is being praised around the world. President Donald Trump himself has congratulated the US Special Forces on the success of this secret operation.

Philip Walton, a 27-year-old U.S. citizen, was reportedly abducted from his farm in Maslata, southern Niger, on Tuesday morning. The kidnappers were armed with deadly weapons such as AK-47s. After the abduction, he took the American citizen from Niger to Nigeria. The kidnappers later demanded 1 1 million from Philip's father to release him. The U.S. citizen's father then asked the military for help.

The US Department of Defense said in a statement that it had received information about the location of the abductors in Nigeria after tracking their phones. Then on Saturday morning, the Allied Commando Unit of Seal Team-6 carried out a successful operation. Six kidnappers were killed in the operation, while Philip was rescued. Philip said the kidnappers were killed until he understood what had happened.

In the aftermath of this successful military operation, US President Donald Trump came forward to take credit. He claimed that the operation was carried out at his direction and that Philip Walton was rescued within 96 hours of his abduction. "Protecting the freedom of Americans imprisoned abroad is a top priority for my system," he said.

"We've rescued more than 55 hostages in more than 24 countries. Today's operation should be seen as a stern warning to terrorists and criminals who mistakenly believe they could be kidnapped," Trump said. Not born.
