Seeing the results in Bihar, Tariq Anwar said that the Congress now needs to reflect on itself

- Performed poorly despite contesting elections with strong parties

After seeing the results of the Bihar Assembly elections, Congress leader Tariq Anwar said that the Congress party now needs to reflect on itself. Despite collaborating with a strong party like RJD, the Congress could not achieve the expected results in Bihar.

The reason for the failure of the grand coalition to come to power is the poor performance of the Congress, Tariq said. The Congress should reconsider the way it has been eroded. We have to accept the fact that a grand coalition government cannot be formed in Bihar because of the poor performance of the Congress. Congress should find out where the mistake was made.

Tariq also expressed the view that the arrival of Asaduddin Owaisi's party in Bihar was not auspicious for Bihar.

He said that even though BJP had won, Bihar had lost. This time Bihar was in dire need of change. There was no change and in fact Bihar was defeated. Bihar wanted to get rid of Nitish Kumar's government, which had proved futile for 15 years. But that did not happen.

However he added that it does not matter. Bakre ki ma kab tak khair manayegi. Thanks to BJP, Nitish Kumar became the Chief Minister for the last time.
