Eleven persons wearing Indian Army uniforms were apprehended near the airport

Assam police have arrested 11 people wearing army uniforms patrolling near Guwahati airport.

According to police, the patrolling police team found the movements of some of the uniformed soldiers suspicious. Their walking style was suspected. They were then taken to the police station for questioning. During the investigation, it was found that all these persons were not allowed to join the army. Police also seized five bikes and a four-wheeler from him.

One of the students is a dental student. He gave bogus icards to the other 10 Air Force 4th class personnel and then brought them to patrol the airport. There is also an air force base here. All of them have been arrested An inquiry is underway into the motive. Police are also investigating whether there is an organization behind these individuals.

In the past, militants have attacked army camps at Uri in similar fashion.
