Yogi will take security arrangements like PM

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will get the same protection as Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On Friday, the Uttar Pradesh cabinet passed a resolution in this regard.

Yogi confiscated crores of his assets by working hard against many mafias who are considered to be the defiant elements of Uttar Pradesh. At the same time, it allowed the arrest of mafias under strict laws. Because of this, for the last few months, the yogi has been receiving constant threatening messages.

The yogi will get an extra vehicle. This additional vehicle will be placed in the middle of the security convoy. At present, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's fleet has such additional vehicles. Its position is changed as required.

Earlier in 2017, the protection of yogis was arranged according to the Green Book. Recently, a security group studied the Blue Book used for the security of the Prime Minister and decided to provide security to the yogi. A Special Security Group (SSG) was also set up to protect the yogi. The group consists of commandos and anti-terrorist squads.
