Women stripped naked at Doha International Airport

The quake hit Doha International Airport in the Qatari capital on Monday morning. After finding the body of a newborn baby in the airport's ladies' toilet, the airport authority stopped Qatar Airways flight QR908 en route to Australia and examined the clothes of all the female passengers.

There was a huge uproar over the issue. The Australian government also strongly opposed the incident. The incident happened on the morning of Friday 23rd October. Flight number QR908 was scheduled to depart Hama International Airport in Qatar at 8.30 am for Sydney. At the time, someone had alerted the airport authority that the body of a newborn baby had fallen into a ladies' toilet.

The Airport Authority detained all the women on the flight to Sydney and stripped the women naked to check who had given birth. The women had missed sitting in the plane. They were unloaded from the plane and underwent intensive checking. Each woman was stripped and checked. The Australian government had officially protested the incident.

Flight number QR908 had a total of 34 passengers. One of them told the Australian newspaper Guardian Australia that 13 of our 34 were women. After taking them all off the plane, the lady doctor undressed all the women and examined which woman had given birth. However, none of the 13 women gave birth. The women were very upset when they got back on the plane. When the Australian government protested, Hama airport authorities claimed that none of the women we investigated protested. This was a routine checkup.
