Uttar Pradesh: After the Hathras scandal, the Balrampur gangrape victim was also cremated on the same night

SP Devaranjan Verma said that two youths had called a doctor to bring the victim to Gansadi Bazaar for treatment. The two youths raped the girl and sent her home in a rickshaw as her condition deteriorated.

The SP said the case was registered on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim's brother and both the accused have been arrested and necessary action is being taken.

Meanwhile, the body of the victim was taken to his village late at night after the postmortem where a large number of police force had already been deployed. The victim's body was cremated late at night.
