There is evidence of a systematic conspiracy to break the Babri

-The claim made by Justice Liberhan was accepted by Uma Bharti herself

-Special court judgment is not correct

"I have evidence that a systematic conspiracy to demolish the Babri Masjid aka controversial structure was already hatched," Justice (retd) Librahan said.

When Babri collapsed on December 6, 1992, there was a Congress government at the Center and PV Narasimha Rao was the Prime Minister. He set up an inquiry commission headed by Justice Liberhan to investigate the incident. Justice Liberhan's investigative committee ran the investigation for 17 years. In 2009, the inquiry commission submitted its report to the central government.

"The plan to demolish the so-called Babri Masjid had been hatched in advance and I have proof of it," said Justice Liberhan. "Uma Bharti herself admitted that it was a systematic plan." A special CBI court on Wednesday acquitted all the 32 leaders-monks-saints. The special court claimed that this was not a premeditated conspiracy but a sudden mob erupted and thousands of people demolished the building.

Justice Liberhan told the inquiry commission in no uncertain terms that senior BJP leaders had directly or indirectly endorsed the demolition of the Babri structure. Justice Liberhan told the inquiry commission that the carjackers did not arrive there suddenly or suddenly. He was invited to reach Ayodhya. Thousands of Karsevaks had already reached Ayodhya as planned and the project had the full support of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Lal Krishna Advani, Uma Bharti, Vinay Katiyar, Ashok Singhal and others.

We prepared our report in good faith and submitted it to the Central Government in 2009. It would not be surprising if Justice Liberhan's claim sparked a new controversy.
