The assassination of a BJP leader on a morning walk started just before the Bihar elections

A BJP leader was killed while taking a morning walk in Bihar's capital Patna this morning. Rajesh Kumar Jha alias 'Rajubaba' was shot dead by some strangers near Sitaram Utsav Hall in Tej Pratap Nagar within the limits of Beur police station.

Around 6 a.m. this morning, when Rajubaba was out on the morning walk as usual, two unidentified youths approached him on a bike and fired a pistol at his lamina. Rajubaba died there and there. Still two days ago, Rajubaba joined the BJP.

Upon receiving the news, the police rushed to the spot and started tracking down the killers through the surrounding CCTV.
