- There will be a case of raising false witness

New Delhi on Wednesday, October 14, 2020

Former Union Minister Swami Chinmyanand, who was accused of raping a law student, has now turned around. He had earlier lodged a complaint that on September 5, 2019, Swami raped me in the capital New Delhi.

"I have not made any allegation against the former prime minister that the defense counsel was referring to," the student said in a statement during a hearing in the Special MP-MLA court on Tuesday. Soon, Swami Chinmyanand's counsel told the court that an immediate case should be registered against the student under Section 340 of the Indian Criminal Procedure Code. Justice PK Roy immediately directed his office to register a case against the student

Gave and instructed to give a copy of it to Swami's lawyer.

The case will now be heard on Thursday, October 15. Prosecutor Abhay Tripathi said the student had lodged a rape complaint against Swami Chinmyanand at the Lodhi Colony police station in the capital New Delhi and later her father had lodged a similar complaint in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. A special investigative team was formed to investigate the case. The student also held the rap in front of the team. A case was therefore registered against Swamy under the Criminal Procedure Code.

Now the young woman was back from her previous statement. This meant that the allegation of rape he made was false.
