India was the first to impose a lockdown that reduced Koro's transition: PM Modi

New delhi date. 19 October 2020, Monday

Addressing the annual meeting of the Grand Challengers through video conferencing, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that today the number of cases of coronary heart disease in India has come down and the recovery rate has reached 88%. He said this was possible because India was the first to impose a lockdown and persuade Loro to wear a mask.

"We are at the forefront of developing the corona vaccine and some of it is in the advanced stages," he said. Today we are seeing that the cases of corona infection in the country are declining day by day and its growth rate has slowed down. The recovery rate in India today is also 88%.

He said this was possible because India was the first country to have a lockdown. India was one of the first countries to encourage people to use masks. India acted effectively as soon as the transition was reported and was among the first countries to introduce rapid antigen testing.

That said, we are not going to stop here. We are also developing a mechanism for vaccine distribution. India has made a number of efforts, including increasing sanitation and increasing the number of toilets, which are also contributing to a good health care system.
