Andhra Pradesh, Ta. Sunday 11 October 2020

In Andhra Pradesh, a big case has come up against the state government under a conspiracy. CM Jaganmohan Reddy himself has leveled serious allegations against former CM of the region Chandrababu Naidu and Supreme Court Judge No. 2 NV Ramanna for their involvement in the conspiracy. The CM of Andhra Pradesh has also written a letter to CJI Justice Bobde about this.

In a letter to the CJI, CM Jaganmohan Reddy said that Justice Raman was supporting former CM Chandrababu Naidu in destabilizing the government. They are interfering in the work of the High Court. Not only that, Ramanna is also influencing the High Court judge.

Ramanna's daughters involved in land sale

Andhra Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy has leveled serious allegations against Supreme Court Justice NV Ramanna, saying his daughters have been involved in buying and selling land and that he has influenced the hearing in cases involving former CM Chandrababu Naidu. That is what Justice Ramanna is doing to protect the interests of TDP president Chandrababu Naidu.

CJI recommends this to Bobde

This is the first case of a Chief Minister complaining to a Chief Justice against a Supreme Court judge. In his indictment, the CM has accused the former CM and Ramanna of influencing the judicial system. Jaganmohan has recommended maintaining judicial impartiality in Andhra Pradesh with CJI.
