-Allegation of being a terrorist attack

-Pakistani army confirmed the news of the attack

Karachi 16th October 2020 Friday

A total of 14 people, including seven soldiers, have been killed in a terrorist attack on a convoy of paramilitary oil and gas personnel in Pakistan's southwestern province of Balochistan. The attack took place in the town of Ormara in Gwadar district on Thursday.

The Pakistani military and the notorious ISI confirmed the attack. The fleet belonged to the state-owned Oil and Gas Development Company Limited.

However, a Pakistani military spokesman claimed that the militants were also well fed. The attack killed seven Frontier Corps personnel and seven private security personnel. The convoy was the victim of a terrorist attack on the Balochistan hub Karachi coastal highway. The militants were hiding in a nearby mountain waiting for the convoy. As the convoy approached, they attacked. However, the militants also had to bear the brunt of the retaliatory firing by paramilitary forces. It was not immediately clear which terrorist group carried out the attack. The detachment was returning from Gwadar to Karachi.

A military spokesman said the attack was apparently premeditated. The terrorists already knew that a detachment of oil and gas workers would pass through here.
