The Gujarat government is considering opening schools after Diwali vacation as part of the Unlock Guideline, but first the Gujarat government needs to know the situation in Mizoram.
With the opening of schools in this northeastern state of India, students are witnessing the transition of corona. After 15 students came to the corona flat, the Mizoram government has now ordered the closure of schools again.
The Mizoram government had decided to open schools for Std. 10 and Std. 12 students in the state from October 16. However, as soon as the schools reopened, the transition to corona reached the students. Due to which schools have been closed again. Corona virus has not been reported in the state so far. There are currently only 249 active cases in the state. However, the corona virus reached the students as soon as the schools reopened.
The central government has allowed the states to reopen schools. However, the decision on whether to reopen the schools has been left to the states, as part of which some states have started rehearsal exercises.
