Actor MP Ravi Kisan given Y-plus security, receiving threats from drug mafias

- Raised voice about Bollywood's drug use

Ravi Kishan, a superstar of Bhojpuri films and a BJP MP, was given Y-plus security. He publicly thanked Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

The drug case came to light during the investigation into the untimely death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and Ravi Kiss raised the issue in Parliament that the drug monster was ruining the younger generation. The government should take steps to curb drug menace in Bollywood. Ravi Kisan's statement was challenged by Samajwadi Party MP and senior actress Jaya Bachchan, who alleged that some actors were making a mess of what they ate.

Jayaji's statement created a new controversy. After that, Ravi Kisan started receiving threats from the drug mafia. When Ravi Kisan recently visited his parliamentary constituency, he told Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath about the threats he was receiving from the drug mafia. In that regard Yogi gave him Y Plus security.

In response, Ravi Kiss wrote a message of thanks on Twitter. Ravi wrote, 'Respected Shri Yogiji Maharajji, I, my family and the people of my Lok Sabha constituency are grateful and thank you for the security of Y Plus that you have given me for my safety. My voice will always resound in Parliament.
