Millions of jobs will benefit, even if you have worked for one year now, you will get gratuity

The new labor bill to provide facilities to workers in the organized and unorganized sector in the country has been approved in the Rajya Sabha. This law will benefit the employed people.

Previously, employers had to work in a company for at least five years for gratuity.

Gachuity is the benefit given to the employees by the company. The maximum limit is Rs. 20 lakhs. If an employee has worked in a company for 20 years and his maximum salary is Rs. 60,000 then it is divided by 26. This amount is considered to be Rs. 2307. Now the total year of the job has to be multiplied by 15. Gratuity is calculated on the basis of 15 days in a year. Thus this period is 300 days. As happens.
