World-renowned company Microsoft has officially announced that it has failed to buy Chinese app TickTalk. Now Oracle's plan to buy this app may come to naught.

TickTalk halted talks with Microsoft and speculated that Microsoft would no longer buy TicTalk. Microsoft confirmed the news that our offer had been rejected by TicTalk. The Wall Street Journal quoted Reuters as saying. The Wall Street Journal claimed that Tick Talk was bought by Oracle.

Tic Tac was a video sharing app owned by a Chinese company. India has banned a number of Chinese apps, including TickTalk. The United States has since announced a ban on Chinese apps, urging Tic Tac Toe to step down within two months.
