Fifty-two kilograms of explosives were found near Pulwama

Security forces seized 52 kg of explosives near Pulwama. The militants were planning to launch a major attack on the security forces. Fortunately a major attack was averted with the vigilance of the security forces.

Indian security forces seized 52 kg of explosives from Karewa near Pulwama. According to military officials, 416 packets were found. Another 50 detonators were also placed in one tank. The jatrutho was placed on the highway. The CRPF convoy was attacked in 2019, shortly after the explosives were found.

A major attack in Pulwama killed 40 CRPF personnel. A similar attack was planned by the militants, but was foiled by security forces.
