Congress advising BJP is not abiding by constitution: Sibal

New delhi date. Monday, August 31, 2020

There is a controversy in the Congress over holding elections for the presidency. In the midst of this situation, senior party leader Kapil Sibal said that the Congress, which had leveled allegations against the BJP, was not abiding by the constitution. Expressing his indignation, Kapil Sibal said that none of the suggestions and suggestions made by him in the meeting of the Congress working committee were being considered.

It is unfortunate that when 23 leaders wrote a letter demanding elections and appointing a permanent president, these leaders were called Jaichand and traitors and no other leader defended them. He also said that Congress needs a permanent and de facto president, considering all the concerns expressed by the 23 leaders in the letter.

The Congress has always accused the BJP of not abiding by the constitution but in fact the Congress itself is not abiding by the constitution. What are we doing in the Congress when we are accusing the BJP of violating the Constitution and ruining democracy?

"If the Congress wants to abide by the constitution, then who can have a problem with it?" He also said that the letter written by the Congress leaders should have been discussed at the working committee meeting.

If you are not paying attention to the essence of the letter and questioning the timing of the letter, it is clear that you want to get away from the point. It is unfortunate that not a single one of our appeals has been considered on the concerns expressed in the letter.
