Troops have called for the elimination of three militants in a clash between security forces and militants near Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.
Jammu and Kashmir police chief Dilbag Singh said, "Jammu and Kashmir police have killed three militants. Meanwhile, one civilian was killed in cross-firing. Near Srinagar, 16 militants have been killed so far this year." Has arrived.
